Return Policy
  • We only offer refunds or exchanges for the items that are faulty, or damaged within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise. Other items that are not under this condition may not be refundable or exchangeable.

  • The returned items must be in new, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • We suggest that you provide us proof of purchase, such as receipt, a credit card statement, and proof of visible damages and discrepancies.
  • No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued without the original packing invoice.

  • Once the return is received, the return process will begin and could take up to 10 working days to complete.
  • When the return is complete you will be notified by e-mail regarding the outcome.
  • ZEQUENZ is not liable for lost packages. Shipping and handling charges of the returned items are not refundable.
