3. ORDERS AND HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US AND YOUR STATUS
After placing an order, you will be asked to complete your personal information including delivery and payment methods. After receiving your payment, we will send you the confirmatory email referred to your purchase and the dispatch information .The contract between us will be formed when we send you this email.

4. DELIVERY
Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch products ordered before 3 pm the same working day.

Whilst we do try to ensure products reach you according to the timescales in our delivery policy, we cannot guarantee these timescales.

Your location may impact on the price and time of the delivery of the Products to you.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of any products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.

In rare cases, some of the products on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will aim to rectify such error(s) as quickly as possible and will notify you of the correct price before payment is made.

We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product.

We accept Paypal payments for both international and domestic customers.

We can also accept a bank transfer payment from domestic customers.

By submitting an order to us through our site, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. You will receive an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your payment.

Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of the products, including delivery charges.

6. OUR RETURNS POLICY
We only offer refunds or exchanges for the items that are faulty, or damaged within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise.

Other items that are not under this condition may not be refundable or exchangeable.

The returned items must be in new, unused, and in the original packaging.

We suggest that you provide us proof of purchase, such as receipt, a credit card statement, and proof of visible damages and discrepancies.

No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued without the original packing invoice.

You must return the products to us immediately at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the product(s) and that they are not damaged in transit.
